Our team is comprised of entrepreneurs, operators and investors, who have successfully started, grown, and exited highly successful companies. As a team, we bring more than 60 years of combined experience. We are here to support entrepreneurs through advising and angel investing in order to help entrepreneurs excel.

What We Do

REES Capital provides angel capital investments and consulting services across a broad range of business functions, including leadership training; product and market assessment; marketing, sales and public relations strategy; financial modeling; organizational structuring; strategic planning; acquisition and exit strategy; and other key areas.

What We Look For

We are pursuing investments in technology companies, tech-enabled service companies, and highly differentiated consumer product companies. We are looking for entrepreneurs with big ideas that can disrupt existing industries. We are looking for out of the box thinking that will create technology, systems, products, or services that will solve or drastically improve everyday problems. Beyond that, we look for companies that are generating revenues, and led by people with passion, enthusiasm, and drive who value integrity above all else. We are not pursuing any investments related to medical devices, life science and/or pharmaceutical companies.
